Reiki Energy Healing
Reiki is a gentle form of energy healing that relaxes the nervous system and stimulates the body‘s natural healing abilities. During a Reiki session, your body will enter a state of deep relaxation and will guide the energy to the places that need rebalancing or healing.
All sessions are 60 minutes.

BodyMind Coaching Session
In my Coaching Sessions, you will not get any tools to “manage” life better. We will get to the root of what is showing up in your life - repeating relationship patterns, emotions, tension in the body etc. This is root-level coaching for you to let go of everything you’re not and live your life from an empowered, authentic place.
All sessions are 60 minutes.

A 6-month container for empaths and highly sensitive people who are ready to step into their power.

Whether you became the strong one, the funny one, the easy-going one, the high achiever — they were all strategies to survive, to fit in, to be loved. And they suffocate our authenticity. We forget that there’s so much more underneath that mask. So much that we need to suppress in order to keep fitting in and be accepted.
In this container, we dissolve the layers of protection that have kept you safe but now are keeping you stuck. It is a safe space where your body can process what it has been holding for too long, allowing the stuck energy to move through you and create space in your system for Life to flow.
As you return to yourself, you make space for what you truly desire — the love, the intimacy, the money, the connections, the life that feels alive. Not because you chase it, but because you’re so rooted in yourself that you can receive it fully.
