Reiki Energy Healing

Reiki is a gentle form of energy healing that relaxes the nervous system and stimulates the body‘s natural healing abilities. During a Reiki session, your body will enter a state of deep relaxation and will guide the energy to the places that need rebalancing or healing.

The deepest work of being held and guided while you remember and embody who you’ve always been. Through BodyMind Maturation, we work with the body and the mind to release what's been suppressed, strip away all masks, and outgrow the survival patterns that are preventing you from embodying your most alive self.

In this container, we dissolve the layers of protection that have kept you safe but now are keeping you stuck. It is a safe space where your body can process what it has been holding for too long, allowing the stuck energy to move through you and create space in your system for Life to flow.
